An authorised manager or organisation is signing and paying

Use the managed-property declaration flow below.

Check first

The signer, payer or job details do not match

Confirm the arrangement with Electric Future before starting the installation.

This guide covers

Common managed-property arrangements

  • A real estate or property manager arranging work for a landlord
  • A retirement living operator arranging work across managed homes
  • A strata, body corporate or facilities manager arranging the installation
  • A community or government housing provider acting for the property owner

Confirm before proceeding

Stop if the structure is different

  • A tenant or occupant wants to sign or pay directly
  • The signer and payer are different parties
  • The invoice name does not match the declaration or payment evidence
  • The representative is unsure whether they can act for the owner

Follow this order

Six steps before you submit

Open each step and check it off as you prepare the job.

  • Confirm that the property owner is not personally arranging, signing and paying for the job.
  • Record the full name of the authorised representative who is managing the installation.
  • Record the property manager or managing organisation exactly as it should appear on the job.
This flow can cover property managers, retirement living operators, strata managers, facilities managers and community housing providers.

Final check

One job. One consistent authorised party.

Before submitting, confirm that the representative, managing organisation, declaration, invoice and payment evidence all follow the same approved arrangement.
