Required customer contribution

Minimum co-payments

Minimum co-payments apply per system, not per job. The customer invoice must show at least the applicable minimum for each installed system, plus GST.

Single split system$500 + GST
Multi split or ducted, 0 to 14 kW$1,000 + GST
Multi split or ducted, 15 to 19 kW$2,000 + GST
Multi split or ducted, 20 kW+$3,000 + GST

Example: 2 single split systems require 2 × $500 = $1,000 + GST in total.
